Just Tri Triathlon Training Series

Location:

Long Lake Park - Right where the Triathlon is!

Date: June 9th - 1 week before the Triathlon! 

Time: 8AM - Same time as the Triathlon Start!


Please feel free to bring your equipment, but it is not necessary.

Format will be focused on New Triathletes, but will include advance tips. Emphasis on having a safe, fun and competitive Triathlon. 1.5 hrs, including question and answer.  This class is meant to set you up for success during the Triple Threat Triathlon Series.  2X USAT Level 1 Certified Triathlon Coaches.
